Where are Nature's Treasures products made?

All our wooden products are made here in New Zealand by myself Cara in my workshop.

What age group are Nature's Treasures products for?

The products have been designed for Children 3+ as there are small components. We also recommend adult supervision at all times.  (see disclaimer under Terms & Conditions)

How do I care and maintain my Nature's Treasures products?

As wood and bamboo have a water component in its make up your product may shrink and expand with changes in humidity. To lessen the effects of movement avoid placing in direct sunlight or by a heat source. Some of the products will be waxed with bee's wax this wears off over time and will need to be re waxed. To clean use a damp cloth and wipe. Do not place product in water.

Do Promotional Codes cover all items online?

Currently, promotional codes exclude all dressup items and products on special.

How long will it take to get my order?

As most items are handmade to order, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from payment of invoice. If you need your item sooner please email or call me (details under contact)

What payments do you accept?

Currently we can only accept payment through a bank transfer. You will be sent an invoice with bank details.
